结构化教育配合角色扮演在急诊护理临床带教中的应用效果

摘要 目的探究在临床急诊护理带教中使用结构化教育配合角色扮演对实习护士的教育效果。方法选择某三甲医院2020年5月至2021年4月间急诊科实习护士46名,采用随机数字表法分为试验组(n=23)与对照组(n=23),对照组采用常规护理教学模式,试验组则采用结构化教育配合角色扮演的带教模式,两组均进行1个月的带教,在结束后对两组护理实习生的理论知识水平评分、实际技能操作评分、教学满意度得分进行比较,同时分析带教后带教质量(课程兴趣、学习兴趣、理论知识掌握、病例分析能力、临床思维能力、问题解决能力、自主学习能力)。结果开始对比试验前,两组理论知识水平评分、实际技能操作评分无较大差异(P>0.05)。经不同带教方式教学1个月后,试验组理论知识水平评分、实际操作评分及教学满意度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);带教后分析两组带教质量可见,试验组更高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在临床急诊护理带教中使用结构化教育配合角色扮演能显著提高被带教人员的理论知识水平及实际操作技能水平,身临其境的教学模式能明显提升学员的积极性,使得依从性增加,教学模式更加新颖。 Objective To explore the effect of structured education combined with role play in clinical emergency nursing teaching.Methods 46 interns in emergency department from May 2020 to April 2021 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group(n=23)and control group(n=23).The control group adopted conventional nursing teaching mode,while the experimental group adopted the teaching mode of structured education combined with role play,After that,the scores of theoretical knowledge,practical skills and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared,at the same time,the quality of teaching after teaching(course interest,learning interest,theoretical knowledge mastery,case analysis ability,clinical thinking ability,problem solving ability,independent learning ability)is analyzed.Results Before the start of the comparative test,there was no significant difference in the scores of theoretical knowledge and practical skills between the two groups(P>0.05).After one month of teaching with different teaching methods,the scores of theoretical knowledge,practical operation and teaching satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The quality of the two teaching groups was obvious,and the test group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical emergency nursing teaching,the use of structured education combined with role play can significantly improve the theoretical knowledge level and practical skills level of the teaching staff,and the immersive teaching mode can significantly enhance the enthusiasm of the students,increase the compliance and make the teaching mode more novel.
