摘要
虚拟仿真实验项目建设,不仅是材料科学与工程专业自身发展的内在需求,也是工程认证以学生为中心及持续改进的现实需求,更是材料类专业综合性实验教学的迫切需要。在此背景下,该文分析材料类专业建设虚拟仿真实验项目的必要性,以磁控溅射镀膜虚拟仿真实验项目建设为例分析材料类专业虚拟仿真实验项目的建设基本思路和建设,介绍磁控溅射虚拟仿真实验项目的应用效果以及对教学改革的促进作用,为材料类专业其他虚拟仿真实验项目的建设提供借鉴。
The construction of virtual simulation experiment teaching project is not only the internal demand of the development of material science and engineering specialty,but also the practical demand of the student-centered and continuous improvement of engineering education,and it is also the urgent need of the comprehensive experimental teaching of material specialty.This paper analyzes the necessity of material specialty construction and the teaching project of virtual simulation experiment.Taking the construction of virtual simulation experiment project of magnetron sputtering as an example,this study analyzed the basic ideas and construction of virtual simulation experiment project of material major,and introduced the application effect of virtual simulation experiment project of magnetron sputtering and its promoting effect on teaching reform.This study can provide reference for the construction of other virtual simulation experiment projects of material major.
