地方高校劳动教育融入专业教学的思考

当前,在国家强大的号召下,高校越来越重视劳动教育,但劳动教育在高校的具体组织及有效实施等方面仍然面临诸多问题。为此,高校须要利用好与地区发展实际相结合的劳动课程资源,努力将专业教育,如专业课程内容和教学形式、专业实习实训等,与劳动教育进行有效衔接和相互交融,在专业教学中努力发掘能融入劳动教育的重要成分,努力达到专业教学中有劳动教学,劳动教育中有专业教学;与产业骨干企业、高新企业紧密合作,通过校企合作产教融合项目、企业实践、企业教师带教等形式,开展劳动实践活动,培养学生兢兢业业、脚踏实地的劳动观念和勤劳质朴、任劳任怨的劳动意识,以及坚韧不拔、持之以恒的劳动品质。

Labor education is one of the important parts in China's education system,and is also an important way to train builders and successors to develop socialism.Currently,under the strong call of the Ministry of Education,colleges and universities pay more and more attention to labor education.However,labor education still faces many problems in practice in colleges and universities.To this end,colleges and universities should make good use of the curriculum resources corresponding to the local economic and social development,and strive to combine labor education with professional teaching,e.g.,professional curriculum content,professional practice training.In addition,colleges and universities should update the courses with rich labor characteristics,labor value and labor technology attributes in professional teaching,and cooperate closely with industrial backbone and high-tech enterprises to carry out labor education activities so that college students can cultivate the good quality of hard work.
