摘要
“双师型”教师队伍是落实“1+X”证书制度的重要保障。基于此,分析高职院校“双师型”教学团队的内涵,探讨“1+X”证书试点教学团队建设的制约因素,即教学团队的专任教师队伍实践能力不足、“双师”发展动力不足、团队合作意识弱、高水平兼职教师资源缺乏、“双师”培训成效不高等,并提出具体的建设策略,即校企合作组建结构化的教学团队、分类精准培养、构建基于过程管理的评价指标体系、完善评价机制、采用多形式开展针对性培训。
The “Double-Qualified” teaching team is an important guarantee for implementing the “1+X” certificate system.Based on this,this paper analyzes the connotation of “Double-Qualified” teaching team in higher vocational colleges,discusses the restrictive factors of the construction of “1+X” certificate pilot teaching team,that is,the lack of practical ability of full-time teachers in the teaching team,the lack of motivation for the development of “Double-Qualified” teachers,the weak sense of team cooperation,the lack of high-level part-time teachers' resources,and the low effectiveness of “Double-Qualified” training,and puts forward specific construction strategies,that is,school-enterprise cooperation to form a structured teaching team,classified and accurate training,construction of evaluation index system based on process management,improvement of evaluation mechanism,and use of multiple forms to carry out targeted training.
