An Analysis on the High-quality Development Path of Sino-Foreign Cooperative Education in Hainan under the Background of Free Trade Port Construction

海南自贸港建设为海南国际化人才培养提出新课题,催生中外合作办学的超常发展。该研究立足现状,对海南中外合作办学现状和存在问题进行梳理,从现有机构与项目办学质量提升、师资队伍建设国际化提升、学科建设科学规划布局提升、发挥政策引领和制度监督确保高质量发展等几个方面探讨其高质量发展的路径。

A new topic for the cultivation of international talents has been put forwards due to the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port,giving given birth to the extraordinary development of Sino-foreign cooperative education.Based on analyzing the status quo and current issues,this study aimed to explore the path of high-quality development for the Sino-foreign cooperative education in Hainan,including the following improvements for the existing institutions and projects:education quality,faculty internationalization,scientific discipline construction,as well as the policy leadership and institutional supervision.
