立德树人 守正创新:培养新时代卓越法治人才——以高校法学课程思政教育教学改革为契机

党的二十大报告专门指出“培养造就大批德才兼备的高素质人才,是国家和民族长远发展大计”,要求“坚持为党育人,为国育才”。为贯彻落实全面依法治国基本方略和人才强国战略,我们必须加强法治人才的培养;高校法学院系作为法治人才培养的第一阵地,应当以深化课程思政综合改革为契机,以此来助推新时代社会主义卓越法治人才的培养。但目前,高校法学专业的课程思政建设还存在教学理念、培养方案、教材教法、教学资源、师资队伍和配套制度等方面的不足,需要有针对的精准施策,这样才能为中国特色社会主义法治建设培养德法兼修、明法笃行的后备力量。

The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China specifically pointed out that"to train a large number of high-quality talents with both integrity and ability is the long-term development plan of the country and the nation",and required"persist in educating people for the Party and the country".In order to carry out the basic strategy of comprehensively governing the country according to law and the strategy of strengthening the country by talents,we must strengthen the cultivation of legal talents.As the first position of legal talents training,law schools in universities should take deepening the comprehensive ideological and political reform of the curriculum as an opportunity to promote the cultivation of socialist outstanding legal talents in the new era.However,at present,there are still deficiencies in teaching ideas,training programs,teaching materials,teaching resources,teaching staff and supporting systems in the course ideological and political construction of law majors in colleges and universities.In this way,targeted and precise policies are needed,so as to cultivate reserve forces for the construction of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics.
