基于BIM技术的装配式建筑实践教学探索——以应用型本科工程管理专业为例

摘要 装配式建筑是近几年建筑行业全力推广应用的一种绿色建筑生产建设模式,目前已经在国内各省份进行装配式建筑施工工艺的推广和使用。其中绝大多数此类项目均是依托BIM技术的信息共享平台实现全过程项目管理,较传统的工程项目管理手段与流程有着较大的区别。目前各高校已经针对装配式建筑项目的工程管理实践进行内容的补充与调整,但并未构成项目全生命周期的完整实践训练过程。该文在整合现有实践内容的基础上,探讨由装配式项目的结构设计过程入手,延伸到成本与质量控制、进度模拟等环节的实践内容。同时也对基于GIS-BIM技术的数据融合实践教学内容——从城市尺度下的建筑群落设计与规划角度进行设置。最后,对依托实践教学改革基础上所产生的学生培养成果进行展示,旨在对学生就业、科研能力的提升等方面进行有效推动,同时也为应用型本科高校相关专业的人才培养路径提供参考与启发。 Prefabricated construction is a green structure production and construction mode which is fully promoted in the construction industry in recent years.The majority of these projects rely on the information sharing platform of BIM technology to carry out the whole process of engineering management.Compared with management methods and processes of traditional engineering project,there are great differences.At recent,colleges and universities have supplemented and adjusted the contents of the practice of engineering management of prefabricated construction projects,but it cannot constitute a complete practical training process in the whole life cycle of the project.On the basis of integrating the existing practice content,this paper discusses the framework of practice content designed from the structural design process to cost and quality control process,schedule simulation and so on.At the same time,the teaching content of data fusion practice based on GIS-BIM technology is also set from the perspective of the building community design and planning at the urban scale.Finally,the results of student training based on the reform of practical teaching are displayed,aiming at effectively promoting the employment of students and the improvement of scientific research ability,and at the same time to provide reference and inspiration for the talents training path of relevant majors in application-oriented universities.
