军地共育空天技术领域高层次国防科技人才培养思路探究

为探究空天技术领域高层次国防科技人才培养问题,推动军地共育对空天领域高层次技术人才的培养改革。该论文以国防科技大学空天科学学院在该领域开展的人才培养工作为例,分析思考空天技术领域军校与国防工业部门实施人才联合培养的重要意义、培养特点、培养思路和取得的成效,以期进一步实现军校无军籍研究生培养和就业岗位的精准对接,提升人才培养质量效益,更精准地为军队文职人员、国防工业部门培养高层次科技人才,服务国家经济、社会和国防建设。

In order to explore the issue of training of high-level national defense science and technology personnel in the field of aerospace technology and to promote the training reform of military civilian joint education for high-level technical talents in the aerospace field,taking the talent training work carried out by the College of Aerospace Science and Engineering of National University of Defense Technology in this field as an example,the contents including the significance,training characteristics,training ideas and achievements for talents joint training are analyzed and considered with the military academies and defense industry departments in the field of aerospace technology,which further expects to realize the precise connection between the training of non-military postgraduates and employment positions in military academies and to improve the quality and efficiency of talent training,moreover,it could help more accurately cultivate high-level scientific and technological talents for military civilian talents and national defense industrial departments,and serve the national economy,society and national defense construction.
