摘要
为使专业课任课教师走出课程思政实施过程的误区,在桥梁工程课程思政建设中,结合学生和桥梁工程课程特点,提出桥梁工程课程思政建设的“五融入”教学范式,即在“播种希望,强调责任,彰显成就,突出美感,严管过程”五个方面挖掘思政元素并自然融入到课程教学中。第一,播种希望,用学校桥梁专业毕业生和任课教师的工程与科研业绩激励和感召学生,并引导学生参与工程或科研实践;第二,强调责任,引导学生懂得通过桥梁工程师的努力可大幅减少桥梁事故的发生,体现人生价值;第三,彰显成就,中国桥梁人打造了响亮的“桥梁名片”,中国桥梁建设取得的成就举世瞩目;第四,突出美感,桥梁外观、技术、桥梁建设者和桥梁知识体系都有美的元素;第五,严管过程,课程思政应贯穿于教学全过程,从学生行为规范、课堂表现、学习习惯到教师课堂授课、作业批改和考试考查,再到桥梁工程的课程设计和毕业设计等各环节均应有体现。给课程思政融入技巧,展现出课程和教学过程的美感本身就是最好的课程思政、多用和善用“隐性思政表达”、教师“以身作则”和“宽严相济”使课程思政潜移默化、易于接受。
In order to make professional course teachers walk out of the misunderstanding in the process of curriculum politics implementation,in the curriculum politics construction of the Bridge Engineering,in combination with the characteristics of students and the Bridge Engineering curriculum,the"five integration"teaching paradigm of politics construction of the Bridge Engineering curriculum is proposed,that is,in the five aspects of"sowing hope,emphasizing responsibility,highlighting achievements,highlighting aesthetic sense,and strictly controlling the process",the politics elements are excavated and naturally integrated into the curriculum teaching.First of all,sowing hope,we inspire and inspire students with the engineering and scientific research achievements of the graduates and teachers of bridge major,and guide students to participate in engineering or scientific research practice;Second,we emphasize responsibility,guide students to understand that the efforts of bridge engineers can greatly reduce the occurrence of bridge accidents and reflect the value of life;Third,we highlight achievements,Chinese bridge people have created a loud"bridge card",and the achievements of China's bridge construction have attracted worldwide attention;Fourth,we highlight aesthetic sense,the appearance,technology,bridge builders and bridge knowledge system of bridges all have aesthetic elements;Fifth,the process of strict management,the ideological and political education of the curriculum should run through the whole teaching process,from students'behavior norms,classroom performance,learning habits to teachers'classroom teaching,homework correction,examination,to the curriculum design and graduation design of the bridge project.It gives out the skills of integrating politics education into curriculum:showing the aesthetic feeling of curriculum and teaching process is the best curriculum politics education;Multi use and good use of"implicit politics expression";Teachers'"setting an example"and"combining leniency with severity"make the curriculum politics imperceptible and easy to accept.
