摘要
空中下载OTA(Over the Air)是一种利用无线网络通信实现的车载控制器软件远程升级技术。然而,如今整车网络构成复杂、通信负载高,并且传统的汽车升级方式要求用户线下处理,这使得升级过程十分耗时,非常影响用户的升级体验。本文设计了一种基于UDS(Unified Diagnostic Services)协议以确保汽车升级安全稳定和基于CANFD协议提高通信速率的远程升级方案。此外,文中还介绍了HTTP(Hyper Text Transfer Protocol)云端服务器的搭建、车载终端上用户软件和车载控制器中BootLoader程序的开发。实验结果表明:该设计方案不仅能提高车载控制器中软件的维护和扩展速度,也可以保证OTA升级的稳定性和安全性。
Over the Air(OTA)download in air is a remote software upgrade technology for vehicle controllers that utilizes wireless network communication.However,the current complexity of vehicle network composition,high communication loads,and traditional vehicle upgrade methods that require offline user processing make the upgrade process time-consuming and greatly affects the user experience.This article proposes a remote upgrade solution based on the Unified Diagnostic Services(UDS)protocol to ensure the safety and stability of vehicle upgrades,as well as improve communication speed via the CANFD protocol.Additionally,the article introduces the development of the HTTP(Hyper Text Transfer Protocol)cloud server,user software on the vehicle terminal,and BootLoader programs in the vehicle controller.Experimental results show that this design solution can greatly improve the maintenance and expansion speed of software in vehicle controllers,while ensuring the stability and security of OTA upgrades.
