人机交互式高精度微纳物体声操控平台

Precise Acoustic Manipulation Platform for Micro/Nano Objects Based on Human-Machine Interaction

摘要 面向空间生命科学研究中对小体积、高精度微纳物体运动操控实验设备的需求,基于压电作动技术与声流理论,搭建微纳物体运动操控平台,并利用视觉反馈与人机交互技术实现便捷、精准的微纳物体运动控制。利用逆压电效应驱动光刻加工的人工微结构在液体环境中振动,构建局部增强的声流场,使人造微颗粒、细胞等微纳物体沿微结构定向运动。微粒运动过程利用视觉反馈,由计算机实时监控,运输目标和定位精度由用户利用人机交互系统设定。实验结果表明:该平台能够实现5~30μm聚苯乙烯微球或癌细胞的识别和运动控制,定位误差小于±2.5μm,并可在多物体环境中切换控制目标。 To meet the demand for minimized and high-precision micro-nano object motion control equipment in space life science research,this study builds a micro-nano object motion control platform based on piezoelectric actuation technology,and applies visual feedback and human-computer interaction technology to achieve convenient and precise micro-nano object motion control.The platform uses the inverse piezoelectric effect to drive the artificial microstructures to vibrate in the liquid environment and construct the locally enhanced acoustic streaming,guiding the artificial micro-particles,cells,and other micro-nano objects to move along the microstructures in a directional manner.The particle movement process is monitored by the computer in real-time with visual feedback,and the transportation target and positioning accuracy are set by the user using the human-computer interaction system.Experimental results show that the platform can realize the recognition and motion control of 5-30μm polystyrene microspheres or cancer cells,with positioning error less than±2.5μm and the function that the control target can be switched in the multi-object environment.
