摘要
端面驱动卡盘在轴类零件加工过程中,会使工件产生挠度变形,对其安全性使用及加工精度有明显影响。以自行设计的一种四点浮动端面驱动卡盘为例,对工件挠度变形进行安全性分析,计算出安全加工所允许工件最大挠度变形以及挠度变形对加工精度影响,并对挠度变形误差补偿矫正,对允许最大挠度变形和补偿矫正后加工精度进行实验验证。
In the process of machining shaft parts,the end drive chuck will cause deflection deformation of the workpiece,which has a significant impact on its safe use and processing accuracy.Taking a self-designed four-point floating end face drive chuck as an example,this paper analyzes the safety of deflection deformation of the workpiece,calculates the maximum deflection deformation as allowed for safe machining and the influence of deflection deformation over machining accuracy.Deflection deformation error is compensated,and the maximum allowable deflection deformation and compensated and corrected machining accuracy are verified by experiments.
