摘要
目前货车不规范行驶过秤主要以跳秤、冲秤形式为主,通过车辆自身振动来减小汽车衡所测得的称质量值,严重影响动态汽车衡的称质量准确度。以货车不规范行驶引起的振动问题为研究对象,将平板式汽车衡简化为由质量块、弹簧、阻尼器组成的振动模型,针对两轴刚性货车建立考虑车辆轮胎纵向力作用的1/2车辆振动模型。对车辆称质量过程中的振动耦合问题,采用Matlab/Simulink软件仿真模拟车辆不规范行驶下对汽车衡称质量精度的影响。结果表明:车辆跳秤、冲秤过程中随着加速度、减速度增加,前后轴的振动幅度增大,汽车衡的动态称质量精度随之降低;车辆的行驶车速越大,车辆不规范行驶产生的振动波动越不明显。通过实验验证了仿真模型的可行性。
As the present irregular driving scale of freight cars is mainly in the form of jumping scale and striking scale,the weighing value measured by the truck scale can be reduced through the vibration of the vehicle itself,which seriously affects the weighing accuracy of the dynamic truck scale.This paper studies the vibration of truck caused by irregular driving.The flat truck scale is simplified into a vibration model composed of mass block,spring and damper,and a half vehicle vibration model considering the longitudinal force of vehicle tire is established for two-axle rigid truck.For the vibration coupling problem in the process of vehicle weighing,MATLAB\\Simulink software is used to simulate the influence of vehicle non-standard driving on the weighing precision of vehicle scale.The results show that with the increase of acceleration and deceleration,the vibration amplitude of front and rear axles increases,and the dynamic weighing accuracy of truck scale decreases.The greater the vehicle speed,the less obvious the vibration fluctuation caused by the irregular driving.The feasibility of the simulation model is verified by experiments.
