基于测量组网的大尺寸高精度测量场研究

摘要 针对大飞机制造过程中精度要求越来越高,现有测量手段无法满足大范围高精度测量的问题,用4台激光跟踪干涉仪搭建测量场,对测量场与测量场、测量场与激光雷达、测量场与激光干涉仪等数字化测量设备搭建测量组网的方法进行研究。基于该设备组网建立大范围高精度测量场,20 m测量范围内测量精度能够达到0.02 mm,应用该测量场既能直接测量飞机大部件位置,也能够对激光雷达、激光间隙枪或激光跟踪干涉仪等其他测量设备进行高精度定位测量。 In view of the increasing high accuracy requirements in the manufacturing process of large aircraft and deficiency in large-scale high-precision measurement by existing measuring methods,this paper studies the method of building a measurement network of a measuring field,measuring field and measuring field,measuring field and lidar,measuring field and laser interferometer and other digital measurement equipment by four laser tracking interferometers.Based on the network,a large-range high-precision measurement field is established,whose measurement is as accurate as 0.02 mm within 20 meters,and whose application can not only directly measure the position of large parts of the aircraft,but also can carry out high-precision positioning measurement of other measurement equipment such as lidar,laser gap gun or laser tracking interferometer.
