摘要
设计基于嵌入式技术和模糊孤立森林的公路摊铺机机械故障诊断系统。采集公路摊铺机状态数据,采用小波阈值进行去噪处理,通过以太网将数据传输至数据存储模块,由故障诊断模块调用存储模块的公路摊铺机状态数据;利用模糊孤立森林算法,挑选有价值的数据属性组建孤立森林,多维度地判定数据隶属度,通过模糊运算得到公路摊铺机状态数据的异常特性,判断故障类型,并通过报警显示模块实时显示故障诊断结果。实验结果表明:该系统可有效诊断公路摊铺机机械故障,并进行有效预警。
A mechanical fault diagnosis system of road pavers based on embedded technology and fuzzy isolated forest is designed.The state data of road pavers are collected,denoised with wavelet threshold,transmitted to the data storage module through Ethernet,and called by the fault diagnosis module.Fuzzy isolated forest algorithm is applied to select valuable data attributes forming isolated forest,determine the data membership degree in multiple dimensions,carry out fuzzy operation abtaining the abnormal characteristics of the state data of road pavers,judge the fault types,and display the fault diagnosis results in real time through the alarm display module.The experimental results show that the system can effectively diagnose the mechanical faults of road pavers with an effective warning.
