老人洗浴防摔助力装置设计及优化

摘要 为防止老人洗浴时因体力不支而摔倒,设计一种防摔助力装置。介绍该装置结构总成,包括环抱防摔机构、防摔高度调节机构、座椅倾角和高度调节机构等;基于连杆传动关系及矢量封闭方程进行环抱防摔机构的静力学建模及遗传算法优化;基于慧鱼零件完成防摔助力装置的快速搭建及实验验证。实验结果表明:该装置能够根据人体胖瘦进行环抱防摔机构自适应张开和收缩;能根据人体高度进行座椅倾角、高度自适应调节,可满足不同体型老人洗浴时最佳助力,能有效防止因长时间站立而造成体力不支,避免老人洗浴摔倒。 To prevent the elderly from falling due to lack of physical strength in bathing,an anti-fall assist device is designed.The paper introduces the overall structure of the device including embracing anti-fall mechanism,anti-fall height adjustment mechanism,seat inclination and height adjustment mechanism.The static modeling and genetic optimization of the embracing anti-fall mechanism are carried out based on the link transmission relationship and the vector closed equation.And the anti-fall assist device based on fischer parts is quickly built and verified by experiments.The results show that the device can adaptively expand and contract the embracing anti-fall mechanism according to the fatness and thinness of the human body,and can adaptively adjust the height and tilt angle of the seat surface in light of the height of human body,which satisfies the optimal support for the elderly of different sizes,and effectively prevents the elderly from falling in bathing due to physical exhaustion for long time standing.
