一种改性聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺的制备及应用

Preparation and application of a modified polyisobutylene succinimide

采用己-六醇对聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺(T154)进行改性,制备一种改性聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺沥青质分散剂,并应用于催化裂化油浆阻垢剂的制备。考察了改性温度、改性时间及物料质量比对沥青质分散效果的影响,阻垢剂对催化裂化油浆的阻垢效果。结果表明,当改性温度为240℃,改性时间为4 h,聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺与己-六醇的质量比为1∶1时,分散性能优于聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺,产物具有优异的热稳定性;当阻垢剂的加入量为150μg/g时,阻垢率为91.3%。

A modified polyisobutylene succinimide(T154)asphaltene dispersant was prepared by modifying PIBSA with hexyl hexanol,and was applied to the preparation of FCC slurry scale inhibitor.The effects of modification temperature,modification time and material mass ratio on asphaltene dispersion and scale inhibitor on FCC slurry were investigated.The results showed that when the modification temperature was 240℃,the modification time was 4 h,and the mass ratio of polyisobutylene succinimide(m)to hexyl hexanol(m)was 1∶1,the dispersion performance was better than polyisobutylene succinimide.The product had excellent thermal stability;when the dosage of scale inhibitor was 150μg/g,the scale inhibition rate was 91.3%.
