针对船舶增压锅炉的热力学仿真和数学模拟

摘要 本文以船舶增压锅炉作为研究对象,在热力学仿真系统中选取模糊自适应PID控制算法作为主要的仿真控制算法,对船舶增压锅炉的热力学模型进行数学分析。相比传统的热力学仿真系统,模糊自适应PID控制器具有更好的控制性能。在节约船舶增压锅炉能源,降低船舶运营成本的同时,更好地提升船舶的综合性能。 In this paper,the marine supercharged boiler is used as the research carrier,and the fuzzy adaptive PID control algorithm is selected as the main simulation control algorithm in the thermodynamic simulation system,and the relevant mathematical analysis is carried out on the thermodynamic model of the marine supercharged boiler.Compared with the traditional thermodynamic simulation System,fuzzy self-adaptive PID controller has better control performance,so it is worth promoting in the future production practice.It can better improve the overall performance of the ship while saving the energy of the ship's booster boiler and reducing the operating cost of the ship.
