垃圾桶提升机结构改进与控制系统设计

摘要 为了满足厨余垃圾处理设备的工作需求,对厨余垃圾处理设备中垃圾桶提升机进行结构优化与控制系统设计,设计了基于三菱控制器的垃圾桶提升机。通过SolidWorks软件对提升机结构进行设计、建模和改进;进行受力分析和液压缸的选型计算;通过ANSYS Workbench软件对液压缸进行静力学分析;设计提升机的电气与液压控制系统;最后对改进前后的提升机进行对比实验。结果表明:改进后的提升机经过计算和安全校核,与厨余垃圾处理设备集成到一个控制器上进行控制,工作稳定、可靠;单人操作平均耗时较改进前减少9 s左右,大大提高了厨余垃圾处理设备的工作效率。 In order to meet the working requirements of kitchen waste treatment equipment,the structure optimization and control system design of the trash can hoist in the kitchen waste treatment equipment were made,and a trash can hoist based on Mitsubishi controller was designed.The structure of the hoist was designed,modeled and improved by SolidWorks software;the force analysis of the hoist and the selection calculation of the hydraulic cylinder were carried out;the static analysis of the hydraulic cylinder was carried out by the ANSYS Workbench software.The electrical and hydraulic control system of the hoist was designed.Finally,the comparison experiment of the hoist before and after improvement was carried out.The research results show that after calculation and safety check,the improved hoist is integrated with the kitchen waste treatment equipment on a controller for control,and the work is stable and reliable;the average time of single-person operation is reduced by about 9 s compared with before improvement,which greatly improves the work efficiency of kitchen waste treatment equipment.
