比例溢流阀调速和负载敏感控制算法研究 被引量:1

摘要 现有的比例调速阀通过压力补偿阀或数字补偿器,已具有良好的负载敏感特性。但调速阀结构复杂,制造成本高,同时回路会产生较大的节流功率损失,效率低。针对上述问题,使用比例溢流阀控制调速回路,通过PID和神经网络逆模型两种控制方法,实现负载敏感和实时调速功能。利用AMESim与MATLAB/Simulink搭建联合仿真模型,对该回路进行动态特性分析。仿真结果表明:两种控制方法都能使回路具备负载敏感和实时调速的能力。在负载敏感特性方面,神经网络逆模型控制优于PID控制,当负载突变时,响应速度快,转速超调小,有更高的抗负载干扰能力。在实时调速方面,PID控制优于神经网络逆模型控制,响应速度更快。 Speed regulating valves have good load-sensing characteristics through pressure compensation valves or digital compensators.However,the structure of the speed regulating valve is complex and difficult to manufacture,and the circuit has throttling power loss and low efficiency.Aiming at the above problems,proportional relief valve was used to control the circuit to realize the function of load sensitivity and real-time speed control through two control methods of PID and neural network inverse model.The dynamic characteristics of the circuit were analyzed by building a co-simulation model of AMESim and MATLAB/Simulink.The simulation results show that the both control methods can make the circuit realize the functions of load sensitivity and real-time speed regulation.In terms of load sensitivity characteristics,the neural network inverse model is better than PID,which has a faster response and less overshoot.In terms of real-time speed regulation,PID is better than neural network inverse model,which has a faster response.
