气相色谱法测定白酒中正丙醇含量的研究 被引量:1

摘要 气相色谱内标法是分析白酒中正丙醇含量的通用方法。本研究采用白酒专用柱ZKAT-LZP930.2a(30 m×0.32 mm)、氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)检测白酒样品,通过优化程序升温、载气流速等气相色谱条件,使正丙醇、干扰峰及内标峰达到良好的分离效果,内标法进行定量,能准确检测出白酒中正丙醇的含量。该方法在40~1000 mg/L的浓度范围内,具有良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.99988,保留时间稳定,重现性良好(RSD=0.16%,n=6),灵敏度高,检出限为2.7 mg/L,方法具有良好准确度,回收率范围为100.1%~104.9%。本方法简单、快捷,适用于白酒中正丙醇含量的检测。 Gas chromatography is a frequently used method to analyze the content of n-propanol in Baijiu.This study adopts liquor special column ZKAT-LZP 930.2a(30 m × 0.32 mm) and hydrogen flame ionization detector(FID) to detect the Baijiu samples.Through optimization of the heating program,the carrying gas flow rate and other GC conditions,good separation results of the n-propanol,the noise peaks and the internal standard peak were achieved.The internal standard method was adopted for quantitative analysis.The method had good linear relationship within the concentration range of 40 mg/L to 1000 mg/L,the correlation coefficient r was 0.99988,the retention time was stable,the RSD was 0.16 %(n=6),the detection limit was 2.7 mg/L,and the recoveries were within the range of 100.1 % to 104.9 %.The method is simple and quick,with good reproducibility,sensitivity and precision,and is suitable for the detection of n-propanol in Baijiu.
