This paper describes the difficulties and challenges in RD project management of traditional Baijiu enterprises.By developing an information management system for RD projects in Baijiu enterprises,improving the systematization of project planning,optimizing the RD project management system,and further establishing the empowerment and supervision mechanism,the efficient management and control of RD projects in Baijiu enterprises can be realized,and the high-quality development of Baijiu industry driven by technology innovation can be achieved.
