摘要
为了提高湿度传感器采集数据的准确性,文章对DHC2湿度传感器检定结果的不确定度进行了分析,参照JJG(气象)003—2011《自动气象站湿度传感器》和JJF 1059.1—2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》,计算并分析检定过程中测得的数值,进行A类和B类不确定度的分析评定,最后计算出合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。所得结果为湿度传感器检定结果的不确定度评定提供参考。
In order to improve the accuracy of the data collected by the humidity sensor,this paper analyzes the uncertainty of the verification results of the DHC2 humidity sensor.According to the JJG(Meteorology)003—2011 Humidity Sensor of Automatic Meteorological Station and JJF 1059.1—2012 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement,the values measured during the verification process are calculated and analyzed,and the analysis and evaluation of class A and class B uncertainties are carried out.Finally,the combined uncertainty and extended uncertainty are calculated.The results provide a reference for the uncertainty evaluation of the verification results of humidity sensors.
