摘要
由于气泡水位计配套使用的气路恒流器气管出口气体流速恒定,导致水位测量迟滞或气体消耗过快的问题,文章设计了一种新型的气路恒流器,详细描述了该气路恒流器的组成结构及其自动调节气泡速率的原理。实践表明,应用该气路恒流器的气泡水位计在同等耗气量条件下,能够跟踪更快速的水位变化,水位测量的迟滞性更低。
Due to the constant-flow pneumatic device used in conjunction with the bubble level gauge,where the gas flow rate at the gas outlet of the flow controller remains constant,leading to significant delays in water level measurement or excessive gas consumption,this paper introduces a new constant-flow pneumatic device.The structural composition of this constant-flow pneumatic device and the principle behind its automatic regulation of bubble generation rate are described in detail.Practical observations indicate that when the bubble level gauge is equipped with this constant-flow pneumatic device under equivalent gas consumption conditions,it is capable of tracking faster water level changes and the hysteresis of the water level measurement is lower.
