传统服装连裁肩袖线的创新设计及应用

Innovative Design and Application of Traditional Garment Rotator Cuff Line

服装肩袖线的创新设计是传统服装创新设计的一个重要方面。文章分析了传统服装平直肩袖线的基本特征及成型方法,通过纸样制作与变化获得了一片式连裁肩袖线角度变换设计的方法。并进一步对三种角度的肩袖线纸样及其成衣穿着分析,结果表明,20°连裁肩袖线与人体自然肩线较为吻合,服装制作具有较好的合身性及美观性,同时有着较高的材料利用率。

The innovative design of clothing rotator cuff line is an important aspect of traditional clothing innovative design.This paper analyzes the basic characteristics and forming methods of the traditional straight rotator cuff line,obtains the method of Angle change design of one-piece continuous cutting rotator cuff line by making and changing the pattern,and further analyses the rotator cuff line pattern of three angles and their clothing wearing.The results show that the rotator cuff line of 20°continuous cutting is more consistent with the natural shoulder line of human body,and the clothing production has a better fit and beauty,and a higher material utilization rate.
