摘要
随着社会的发展,国民对于眼健康的关注度和视觉质量的要求不断提升,同时,用眼环境及近距离用眼强度的逐渐增加,近视已然呈现高发病率且低龄化趋势。因此,各类延缓儿童青少年近视加深的眼视光临床应用产品不断出现,其中诸多设计均来源于光学离焦技术。本文将结合近年眼视光临床应用及相关研究进展,综合阐述目前临床常用的光学离焦技术产品在矫正并延缓近视进展的特点。
With the improvement of society,people tend to pay more attention on visual health and the requirements for visual quality.The myopia has presented a high incidence and younger-age trend with the increased use of the eye environment and the eye at close distance.Therefore,various optical methods to slow the progression of myopia in adolescents had been emerged,and most design of them rooted in the design of optical defocus strategies.In this study,by reviewing clinical application and related research progress of optometry,the characteristics of optical defocusing technology products commonly used in clinical practice in correcting and delaying myopia progression are described comprehensively.
