宽域加工误差对拓扑修形齿轮传动误差的影响

Influence of Wide-swath Machining Error on Transmission Error of Topological Modification Gear Transmission System

摘要 拓扑修形作为高性能齿轮修形的重要方式,为提高齿轮系统动态性能提供了有效方法。建立齿轮系统的弯—扭—轴—摆动力学模型,基于诱导法曲率分析拓扑修形齿轮中凹齿廓误差形成机理,研究宽域加工误差对齿轮系统传动误差的影响。通过数值计算得出齿形齿向修形量误差、齿向倾斜误差、中凹齿廓误差、欠磨削及过磨削误差作用下的齿轮系统传动误差,建立量纲归一的无因次齿轮系统动传动误差评价方法,采用F分布检验回归方程的显著性,阐明拓扑修形齿轮宽域加工误差与齿轮系统传动误差的内在联系。结果表明,在宽域加工误差作用下,ζ_(1)、ζ_(2)、ζ_(3)、ζ_(4)、ζ_(5)的无因次标准回归系数分别为0.128,0.452,0.222,1.146,0.784,在误差量相同情况下,中凹齿廓误差对齿轮传动误差影响最显著。研究成果将为拓扑修形齿轮的加工误差分配提供理论支撑。 As an important way of high-performance gear modification,topological modification provides an effective method to improve the dynamic performance of transmission system.Based on the induced normal curvature,the formation mechanism of concave tooth profile error in topological modified gear is analysed,a bend-twist-axis-swing dynamics model of the gear system is established and the influence of wide-swath machining error on the transmission error of transmission system is studied.Through numerical calculation,the transmission error of transmission system under tooth profile modification error,tooth inclination error,tooth profile concave error,under-grinding and over-grinding machining errors are obtained.The evaluation method of dynamic transmission error of dimensionless gear system is established,the significance of regression equation is tested by F distribution,and the internal relationship between wide range machining error of topological modified gear and transmission error of gear system is clarified.The results show that,with the influence of wide-swath machining error,the dimensionless standard regression coefficients of ζ_(1),ζ_(2),ζ_(3),ζ_(4),ζ_(5) and are 0.128,0.452,0.222,1.146 and 0.784 respectively.Under the same amount,the concave tooth profile error has the most significant effect on the gear transmission error.The research results will provide a theoretical basis for the distribution of machining errors in gear topology modification and lay the foundation for obtaining high performance gears.
