西南边防某部队军事训练伤的流行病学调查

Epidemiological Investigation of Military Training Injuries in a Southwestern Frontier Troop

目的调查西南边防某部队军事训练伤发生情况,查找致病原因,提出防护措施。方法采用问卷调查形式,对军事训练伤的发生情况进行调查分析。结果西南边防某部队的军事训练伤发病率为52.72%。骨骼肌肉损伤(musculoskeletal injuries,MSKI)发病率50.39%,损伤部位以腰部、膝关节、踝关节最为常见,发病率分别为12.21%、16.62%、8.31%。学历层次、训练强度感知情况、官兵级别与训练伤的发生相关,且差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。因热身和肌肉放松不科学、不到位导致训练伤发生率均较高,但统计发现从不准备、热身运动、肌肉放松、都有准备的官兵的训练伤发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论西南边防某部队官兵训练伤发生情况与学历层次、训练强度、训练前准备、官兵级别等因素有关。

Objective To investigate the occurrence of military training injuries in a southwestern frontier troop,to find out the cause of the disease,and to propose precautions.Methods A questionnaire was used to investigate and analyze the occurrence of military training injuries.Results The incidence of military training injuries in a southwest frontier troop was 52.72%,and the incidence of musculoskeletal injuries(MSKI)was 50.39%,the most common injury sites were waist,knee and ankle injuries,with incidence rates of 12.21%,16.62%and 8.31%respectively.Educational level,perception of training intensity and rank of officers and soldiers were correlated with the occurrence of training injuries,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of training injuries was high due to the unscientific and incomplete warm-up and muscle relaxation,but there was no statistical significance in the incidence of training injuries among soldiers who were never prepared,warm-up,relaxed and all prepared(P>0.05).Conclusion The incidence of training injuries of officers and soldiers in a southwestern frontier troop is related to educational level,training intensity,preparation before training and rank of officers and soldiers.
