农村区域性医疗卫生中心功能定位及建设标准实践

Functional orientation,construction standard and development path of regional medical service centers in the rural areas of Jiangsu Province

为持续提升农村区域性医疗卫生中心建设发展水平,更好地发挥功能定位服务周边乡镇的辐射作用,江苏省基层卫生协会按照正确把握建设发展方向、完善拓展服务功能内涵、管理保障质量安全、加强任务标准可操作性、细化选择有效实施路径、加大政策保障和推动力度等原则,在寻找政策依据、开展需求调研、广泛征求意见论证的基础上,研究制定《江苏省农村区域性医疗卫生中心十大功能中心建设指南》并正式颁布,全面推进十大功能中心建设。

In accordance with the principles of correctly controlling the direction of development,expanding the connotation of service functions,managing medical quality,strengthening the feasibility of task standards,selecting effective implementation paths,and enhancing policy support and promotion effort,and on the basis of policy review,demand research,and extensive consultation,Jiangsu Provincial Primary Health Association formulated and issued Guidelines for the Construction of Ten Functional Centers in Jiangsu Rural Regional Medical Service Centers,in order to continuously improve the level of construction and development of regional medical service centers in rural areas,and to play better their function-oriented role for the surrounding townships.
