目的:分析我国普惠型商业医疗保险的发展现况和趋势,为其可持续发展提供参考。方法:系统收集全国2021-2022年度普惠型商业医疗保险的保障方案信息,对比分析其保障能力、保障水平及发展趋势。结果:普惠型商业医疗保险的覆盖面迅速扩大,保障能力有所提升。受益的前置条件放宽,保障范围拓展,平均起付线不变,平均报销比例降低,综合封顶线提高。结论:当前在普惠型商业医疗保险的发展过程中,需重点关注参保的可持续性和保障待遇的稳定性。

Objective:To analyze the development status and trends of inclusive voluntary health insurance(IVHI)in China and provide references for its sustainable development.Methods:The information on IVHI in China from 2021 to 2022 was systematical-ly collected.The development trends of its security capability and security level were analyzed using the comparative analysis method.Results:The coverage of IVHI in China is rapidly expanding,and the security capability is getting better.The prerequisites for ob-taining compensation are being relaxed and the range of services that are covered is increasing.The average deductible remains un-changed,the average reimbursement ratio is decreased,and the comprehensive cap line is raised.Conclusion:Nowadays,in the de-velopment of IVHI,it needs to give attention to the sustainability of participation and the stability of security treatment.
