摘要
通过模型试验、数值模拟与解析计算等方法研究了Q460结构高强钢应用于水利水电行业大直径输水钢管时的受力状态及极限承载能力.分析模型在不同水压等级作用下的应力、应变和位移,得到了试验模型从加压到最后爆破整个过程的变化规律.数值计算得到的模型爆破压力为7.9 MPa,介于解析计算所得爆破压力7.74~8.82 MPa之间,略高于物理模型试验的爆破压力7.5 MPa,两者均达到设计内压2.275 MPa的3.3倍以上,可见Q460钢材不仅可满足水利水电工程钢管设计规范中相关的强度设计要求,而且可在常温下焊接,有利于简化焊接工艺、提高施工速度,在水利水电行业具有广阔的应用前景.
By means of model test,numerical simulation and analytical calculation,the load-bearing state and limit capacity of largediameter steel pipe made of high strength structure steel Q460 were studied which applied to water conservancy and hydropower industry.By analyzing the stress,strain and displacement of the model under different water pressure levels,the change law of the test model throughout the process from initial empty state to blasting was obtained.The burst pressure in the numerical calculation is 7.9 MPa,which lies between 7.74~8.82 MPa in the analytical calculation,and is slightly higher than that of 7.5 MPa in the model test.Both the burst pressures obtained in numerical calculation and model test reach more than 3.3 times the design internal pressure of 2.275 MPa.It can be seen that Q460 steel can not only meet the strength design requirements,but also simplify the welding process and improve the construction speed because of room temperature welding.
