摘要
为保障船舶在北极航线的航行安全,研究基于多源冰情数据的海冰风险评估流程。根据海冰密集度、海冰厚度、海冰类型等遥感冰情数据,基于极地操作限制评估风险指数系统(Polar Operational Limit Assessment Risk Indexing System,POLARIS)改进不同冰级船舶的海冰风险指数计算方法,建立北极航线的航段安全评估模型,以呈现北极海冰对不同冰级船舶和不同航段的危险程度。结果表明:该流程能够融合多源冰情数据,反映不同冰级船舶在某一位置点的海冰风险数值,全面显示北极航线上各航段的海冰风险程度。研究成果可为北极航行的船舶操作与航线优化提供参考。
The work flow of sea-ice risk assessment using multi-source ice-condition data is investigated.Based on the remote sensing ice-condition data,such as ice concentration,ice thickness,and ice type the calculation method of sea-ice risk index for ships with different ice classification is improved according to the POLARIS(Polar Operational Limit Assessment Risk Indexing System).The waterway segment safety assessment model for the Artic shipping routes is constructed,with which the danger degree of the sea-ice for ships with different ice classification at given segment is predicted.The overall safety of complete route is determined based on the results of waterway segments.
