摘要
马钢B高炉炉役后期主要面临的问题:一是烧结矿、球团矿的钛含量偏高对炉缸活跃性产生了不利影响;二是冷却壁水管破损漏水影响了煤气流分布及安全生产。为保持炉况稳定顺行,采取的生产对策主要有:①加强原燃料管理,改善焦炭质量,减少矿石钛含量及入炉碱金属量;②优化上下部制度,疏松边沿、活跃中心,强化炉前出铁,稳定出铁时间,保证炉缸活跃性;③对炉缸活跃性进行定量评价。B高炉取得了较好的技术经济指标,2021年9月-2022年8月,月均利用系数在2.04~2.28t/(m^(3)·d),焦炭负荷在5.00左右,燃料比在488~500kg/t。
The main problems faced at the late stage campaign of Masteel BF B are high titanium content in sinter and pellet,which weakens the hearth activity,and leakage of the water pipe of the cooling stave,which affects the gas flow distribution and safe production.To keep stable and smooth running of the furnace,the following actions are taken:(1)strengthening the raw material and fuel management,improving the coke quality,and reducing the titanium content of ore and the amount of base metal charged to the furnace;(2)optimizing the coordinated conditioning of charging and blasting operation,smooth-ening the peripheral gas flow,activating the center gas flow,enhancing the management of cast house operation,stabilizing the tapping time and keeping the hearth activity;(3)evaluating the hearth activity in a quantitative way.With the help of these actions,the furnace achieves good techno-economic indicators with average monthly productivity kept at 2.04-2.28t/(m^(3)·d),the coke load 5.00,and the fuel rate 488-500 kg/t from January 2021 to August 2022.
