某3200m^(3)高炉喷吹神东高钙烟煤工业试验

摘要 为了合理利用资源,在某3200m^(3)高炉进行了喷吹神东高钙烟煤的工业试验。从神东高钙烟煤的性能来看,其灰分含量较低,灰成分中的CaO含量较高,着火点较低,爆炸性相对较弱,反应性较强,与无烟煤进行混合配煤后,可满足高炉喷吹的要求。从喷吹神东高钙烟煤的工业试验结果来看,高炉喷入神东高钙烟煤后,煤粉利用率显著提高,造渣能力增强,渣中硫含量上升;与基准期相比,焦比降低约1.86kg/t,燃料比降低约1.90kg/t,日产量提高约19.6t/d,表明喷吹神东高钙烟煤,有利于高炉提产降耗。 To utilize resources efficiently,a commercial test of injecting Shendong high CaO content bituminous coal is carried out in a 3200m^(3) BF.Characterized by low ash,high Cao in ash,easy ignition,weak explosibility,and high reactivity,the said coal meets the injection requirement when blended with anthracite.The test result reveals that the utilization rate of pul-verized coal in the furnace is improved greatly afer the blended coal is injected,and the slagging capacity is enhanced with sulphur content in the slagincreased.Furthermore,the coke rate and fuel rate decline by app.1.86 kg/t and 1.90kg/t re-spectively but the hot metal output rises by 19.6t/d.These indicators prove injection of Shendong high calcium bituminous coal can increase the production output and reduce the energy consumption.
