妊娠期妇女COVID-19感染及其疫苗接种的研究进展

Research progress on of COVID-19 infection and vaccination in pregnant women

妊娠期妇女是COVID-19感染者中的一个特殊群体,因其炎症反应、凝血功能以及内皮细胞功能等生理状态具有特殊性,感染严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒2(severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2,SARS-CoV-2)后机体会产生一系列异于非妊娠患者的变化。除目前已知的呼吸道飞沫传播、接触传播以及气溶胶传播途径,SARS-CoV-2在妊娠患者中还可能存在胎盘感染和垂直传播。由此,文章对目前已有的临床研究进行分析,关注更多妊娠期妇女COVID-19疫苗接种的注意事项和要求,以期为临床中妊娠期妇女接种COVID-19疫苗提供可能的参考与帮助。

Pregnant women are a special group of people infected with COVID-19.Due to the particularity of its inflammatory reaction,coagulation function,endothelial cell function and other physiological conditions,a series of changes different from those in non pregnant patients will occur after infection with novel coronavirus(SARS-CoV-2).In addition to the currently known respiratory droplet transmission,contact transmission and aerosol transmission routes,SARS-CoV-2 may also have placental infection and vertical transmission in pregnant patients.Therefore,the existing clinical research results should be analyzed,and more attention points and requirements for COVID-19 vaccination of pregnant women should be considered,in order to provide possible reference and help for COVID-19 vaccination of pregnant women in clinical practice.
