瑞马唑仑与丙泊酚在无痛胃镜患者中不良反应和术后疲劳综合征的对比研究

Comparison of remazolam and propofol in painless gastroscopy patients with adverse effects and postoperative fatigue syndrome

目的观察瑞马唑仑与丙泊酚比较能否降低无痛胃镜患者术中及术后不良反应的发生率。方法将2022年5月至2022年10月至浙江省嘉兴市第二医院门诊收治的无痛胃镜患者108例, 采用随机数字表法分为瑞马唑仑组和丙泊酚组, 各54例, 观察患者术中低血压、缺氧和心动过缓的发生率, 术后眩晕、头痛、恶心呕吐的发生率, 以及术后疲劳综合征的严重程度、持续时间及发生率。结果瑞马唑仑组的低血压发生率显著低于丙泊酚组(1.051±0.205比0.645±0.145, t=15.845, P<0.05), 但缺氧、心动过缓、恶心呕吐、眩晕、头痛的发生率两组无统计学意义(P>0.05)。瑞马唑仑组的术后疲劳征的持续时间高于丙泊酚组(0.995±0.164比1.193±0.176, t=5.612, P<0.05);术后疲劳征的发生率和严重程度上两组比较, 差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论瑞马唑仑的使用较丙泊酚可降低低血压的发生率, 在术后疲劳综合征的持续时间较丙泊酚更长。

Objective To observe if remazolam compared with propofol can reduce the incidence of intraoperative and postoperative adverse reactions in painless gastroscopy patients.Methods From May 2022 to October 2022,108 painless gastroscopy patients admitted to the outpatient clinic of our hospital were divided into 54 cases in the remazolam group and 54 cases in the propofol group by a random number table method,and the incidence of intraoperative hypotension,hypoxia and bradycardia,the incidence of postoperative dizziness,headache,nausea and vomiting,and the severity,duration and incidence of postoperative fatigue syndrome were observed.Results The incidence of hypotension in the remazolam group was significantly lower than that in the propofol group(1.051±0.205 vs.0.645±0.145,t=15.845,P<0.001),but there was no significant difference in the incidence of hypoxia,bradycardia,nausea and vomiting,dizziness,and headache between the two groups(P>0.05).The duration of postoperative fatigue signs in the remazolam group was longer than that in the propofol group(0.995±0.164 vs.1.193±0.176,t=5.612,P<0.001),and there was no significant difference in the incidence and severity of postoperative fatigue signs between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Remazolam reduces the incidence of hypotension as compared with propofol and lasts longer than propofol in postoperative fatigue syndrome.
