糖尿病与骨关节炎相关性的研究进展

Research progress in the correlation between diabetes mellitus and osteoarthritis

糖尿病和骨关节炎都是常见的慢性疾病并且经常共存, 有学者把这类与糖尿病共存的骨关节炎称作"代谢型骨关节炎"。随着糖尿病与骨关节炎的发病率日益攀升, 近年来对糖尿病合并骨关节炎的流行病学、发病机制及病理进展的研究越来越受到重视。本文探讨了除了体重和年龄以外, 糖尿病是否与骨关节炎相关以及糖尿病是否可能在骨关节炎的病理进程中发挥作用, 以期深入认识糖尿病和骨关节炎的关系, 为探索个性化的骨关节炎治疗方案奠定理论基础。

Diabetes mellitus and osteoarthritis are common chronic diseases that frequently co-exist.Some experts call this type of osteoarthritis a metabolic phenotype.With the increasing incidence of diabetes and osteoarthritis,more and more attention has been paid to the epidemiology,pathogenesis and pathological progress of diabetes combined with osteoarthritis in recent years.In this review,we discussed the relationship between diabetes and osteoarthritis in addition to the weight and age,and the role which diabetes may play in osteoarthritis.The aim of this review is to deeply understand the relationship between diabetes and osteoarthritis,and to lay a theoretical foundation for the exploration of personalized treatment of osteoarthritis.
