Resources Construction and Information Service of Special Collections of Security Archives on Scientific Research Sites

介绍了科研场所事故发生现状,分析了安全专题档案用于科研场所事故防范、事后处置的作用及优势。综述了科研场所安全专题档案资源的研究现状和实践症结,提出建立安全专题档案的构想,进一步分析了建立科研场所安全专题档案数据库的相关策略、建设内容,并从专题档案的数据采集形式及途径、数据开发及处理、数据信息共享以及信息服务形式几个维度给出建设性建议。

The present situation of accidents on scientific research sites is introduced and the role and advantage of specialcollections of security archives used in prevention and disposal of accidents on scientific research sites are analyzed. The researchstatus and practical crux of special collections of security archives resources on scientific research sites are summarized, and theassumption of establishing special security archives is proposed. Then the paper further analyzes the related strategy andconstruction content of establishing special security archives database on scientific research sites, and proposes some constructivesuggestions from the perspective of data collection form and path, data development and processing, data information sharing andinformation service form.
