摘要
本文分析了高校应用新媒体技术开展文化育人的不足,提出应用新媒体技术提升高校档案文化育人质效的策略:培养新媒体思维,提升应用新媒体技术的意识;培养科研素养,加强开发档案文化育人成果的本领;培养营销思维,提升运维新媒体平台的能力;选择适当的媒体形式,开发育人项目;组建专业团队,发挥档案文化育人主体的能动性。
This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the application of new media technology in colleges to carry out cultural education,and puts forward the strategies of applying new media technology to improve the quality and efficiency of college archives culture education:cultivating new media thinking and enhancing the awareness of applying new media technology,cultivating scientific research literacy and strengthening the ability to develop the achievements of archives culture education,cultivating marketing thinking and improving the ability to operate and maintain new media platform,selecting appropriate media forms to develop education programs,setting up a professional team and giving full play to the initiative of the main body of archives culture education.
