明清时期徽州地区的火灾与地方官的应对方式

Fires in Huizhou During the Ming and Qing Dynasties and Local Officials'Response

根据地方志报告了明清时期徽州火灾发生的频次以及地点,对徽州发生火灾的原因进行了研究,紧接着探讨了当时徽州地方官为了预防以及减少火灾对于百姓的伤害,在火灾发生前采取的预防工作,以及灾后组织被损坏房屋的重建等工作,最终认为明清徽州地方官在火灾治理方面有一定的贡献。

This paper reported the frequency and locations of fires in Huizhou during the Ming and Qing dynasties,studies the causes of the fires and then discusses the precautions taken by local officials before the fires happened to prevent and reduce the harm to people caused by fires as well as the reconstruction of damaged houses after the fires.Finally,it is believed that the local officials in Huizhou during the Ming and Qing dynasties made some contributions to governing fires.
