摘要
利用UDEC数值模拟软件,以淮南矿业集团某矿为试验矿井,利用数值模拟建模并基于矿井实际开采计划,对上保护层开采过程中煤岩体竖向应力变化情况进行模拟,绘制二维应力云图,探究竖向应力分布规律。计算结果显示:在上保护层开采过程中,被保护层及周围煤岩体的卸压程度随着保护层工作面的推进而变大,即保护层推进距离越远,竖向应力的最小值越小,卸压区的面积越大。在保护层B7煤层开采完毕后,整个模型的最大卸压率为53%,平均卸压率为42%,卸压效果明显,对现场安全生产提供了技术保障。
UDEC numerical simulation software is used to simulate the vertical stress change of coal and rock mass in the process of mining the upper protective layer,draw a two-dimensional stress cloud diagram,and explore the vertical stress distribution law,taking a mine of Huainan mining group as the test mine,using numerical simulation modeling and based on the actual mining plan of the mine.The simulation results show that:in the process of mining the upper protective layer,the degree of pressure relief of the protected layer and surrounding coal and rock mass increases with the advance of the protective layer working face,that is,the farther the protective layer is advanced,the smaller the minimum value of vertical stress,and the larger the area of the pressure relief area.After the mining of the B7 coal seam in the protective layer is completed,the maximum pressure relief rate of the whole model is 53%,and the average pressure relief rate is 42%.The pressure relief effect is obvious,which provides technical guarantee for on-site safety production.
