矿用采掘机械销轴拆卸装置优化设计及试验验证

摘要 针对采掘机械在检修中铰链销轴拆卸难的问题,设计了一种矿用采掘机械销轴拆卸装置,其结构主要为过渡对丝、支撑套筒、拉杆、液压穿心油缸、挡板螺母、把手。为了确保液压拆卸装置的安全性,对其关键件拉杆和支撑套筒进行了强度校核。使用SolidWorks软件进行销轴液压拆卸装置的模型的建立,并使用ANSYS Workbench有限元软件进行了支撑套筒和拉杆的有限元分析求解,得到了应力和变形云图。通过分析云图得到了支撑套筒和拉杆可以满足在最大负载下工作的结论。最后通过基于静力学结果对拉杆和套筒在最大负载工况下进行疲劳寿命评估,得到拉杆在最大工况下,最小工作次数为15372次,由疲劳寿命评估可知,满足设计要求。通过现场试验验证,销轴液压拆卸装置运行良好,明显减轻了劳动强度,提高了工作效率。 In order to solve the problem of difficult disassembly of hinge pin shaft in the maintenance of mining machinery,a kind of pin dismantling device for mining machinery is designed.Its structure is mainly composed of transition alignment,support sleeve,pull rod,hydraulic through cylinder,baffle nut and handle.In order to ensure the safety of the hydraulic disassembly device,the strength of its key parts,the pull rod and the support sleeve,was checked.Use SolidWorks software to establish the model of the pin shaft hydraulic disassembly device,and use ANSYS Workbench software to analyze and solve the finite element of the support sleeve and pull rod,and get the stress and deformation nephogram.The conclusion that the supporting sleeve and pull rod can work under the maximum load is obtained by analyzing the cloud diagram.Finally,the fatigue life of the pull rod and sleeve under the maximum load condition is evaluated based on the static results,and it can be seen from the fatigue life evaluation that the design requirements are met.The field test shows that the hydraulic dismantling device of the pin shaft runs well,which obviously reduces the labor intensity and improves the work efficiency.
