摘要
为提高煤矿通风机自动化管理水平,保障煤矿生产工作顺利进行,设计基于无线网络的煤矿通风机远程自动控制系统。系统利用风速、振动等多种传感器以及电流电压测量装置采集煤矿通风机数据,由ZigBee无线网络中的传感器节点与协调器节点共同将采集的通风机数据传输至PLC控制柜,PLC控制柜通过轮询操作转化接收到的通风机数据为实际测量值,在不符合设定通风状况时调节煤矿通风机转速,并在无法调解时发出预警;风机自动化监控与管理中心可呈现PLC控制及预警结果,保障通风机安全稳定运行。实验结果表明:该系统可实现煤矿通风机远程自动控制,在煤矿通风机自动控制过程中,具有较好的数据传输性能与故障诊断效果。
In order to improve the automatic management level of coal mine ventilator and ensure the smooth progress of coal mine production,a remote automatic control system of coal mine ventilator based on wireless network is designed.The system uses a variety of sensors such as wind speed,vibration,and current and voltage measuring devices to collect the data of the coal mine ventilator.The sensor node and coordinator node in ZigBee wireless network jointly transmit the collected data of the ventilator to the PLC control cabinet.The PLC control cabinet converts the received data of the ventilator to the actual measured value through polling operation,and adjusts the speed of the coal mine ventilator when it does not meet the set ventilation conditions,and give an early warning when mediation is not possible.The fan automatic monitoring and management center can present PLC control and early warning results,and ensure the safe and stable operation of the fan.The experimental results show that the system can realize the remote automatic control of mine ventilator,and has good data transmission performance and fault diagnosis effect in the automatic control process of mine ventilator.
