肌少症诊断技术研究进展

Research progress of diagnostic techniques for sarcopenia

肌少症是由于肌肉质量下降导致躯体功能下降的老年综合征,导致患者易跌倒、骨折等情况,严重影响患者生活质量,增加病死率。早期筛查、诊断肌少症对及时干预、改善患者预后有重要意义。肌少症诊断包括肌肉质量、肌肉力量和躯体功能评估。本文就肌少症诊断技术的研究进展作一综述。

Sarcopenia is a geriatric syndrome characterized by a decline in muscle mass leading to impaired physical function.It may increase the risk of falls and fractures.It significantly impacts the quality of life,and increases the mortality rates.Early screening and diagnosis of sarcopenia are of crucial importance for timely intervention and improvement of prognosis.The diagnosis of sarcopenia includes the assessment of muscle mass,muscle strength,and physical function.This paper reviews the research progress of the diagnostic techniques for sarcopenia.
