高模量沥青高温流变性能的研究

摘要 为探究高模量沥青的高温流变特性,采用动态剪切流变试验(DSR)和多应力蠕变恢复试验(MSCR),在不同温度应力条件下,研究了高模量剂掺量对高模量沥青复数剪切模量、车辙因子、蠕变恢复率R、不可恢复蠕变柔量J_(nr)、应力敏感性指标J_(nr-diff)等高温性能指标的影响。结果表明:随着高模量剂掺量的提高,高模量沥青的复数剪切模量、车辙因子及蠕变恢复率指标随之增大,不可恢复蠕变柔量指标减小,说明高模量改性沥青的弹性行为逐渐变好,抗永久变形性能变强;J_(nr-diff)指标随之增大,应力敏感性变差。 To explore the high⁃temperature rheological properties of high⁃modulus asphalt,in this paper,under different temperature and stress conditions,the dynamic shear rheological(DSR)test and the multi⁃stress creep recovery(MSCR)test were used to study the influence of the dosage of high⁃modulus agent on the high⁃temperature performance indexes such as complex shear modulus,rutting factor,creep recovery rate R,non⁃recoverable creep compliance J_(nr),and stress sensitivity index J_(nr⁃diff).The results showed that as the dosage of the high⁃modulus agent increased,the complex shear modulus,rutting factor,and R were increased,and J_(nr) was decreased,indicating that the elastic behavior of the high⁃modulus modified asphalt was gradually improved and the resistance to the permanent deformation was getting stronger;the J_(nr⁃diff) was increased,indicating that the stress sensitivity was getting poor.
