混凝土冬季施工温湿度智能监测设备探究

摘要 为确保混凝土冬季施工质量,针对传统冬季施工保温措施受人为因素影响较大,拌合水加热、料仓及混凝土保温养生监测不及时,混凝土发育所需热量不能及时弥补等问题,通过创新引进信息化监测手段探索质量管理新模式,率先在公路建设行业全面应用冬季施工拌合水加热温控系统、料仓及混凝土保温养生温湿度智能预警系统,确保冬季施工从原材料测温到混凝土保温养生全过程管控,解决了冬季施工因环境条件控制不到位造成冬季施工工程实体质量缺陷的问题,有效保障了项目冬季施工顺利推进。 The traditional winter construction insulation measures are greatly affected by human factors,the monitoring of heating the mixing water,the insulation and maintenance for the stock bin and concrete are not timely,and the heat required for concrete development cannot be timely heated.To ensure construction quality,this paper innovatively introduced the information monitoring means to explore a new model of quality management,and took the lead in comprehensively applying the winter⁃construction mixing water heating temperature⁃control system and the intelligent stock bin and concrete temperature⁃humidity warning system in the highway construction industry to ensure the whole⁃process control of winter construction from the raw material temperature to concrete insulation maintenance.It has solved the engineering construction quality problem caused by improper control of the winter construction environmental condition,and effectively guaranteed the project's smooth progress of winter construction.
