摘要
为分析渣土荷载对运营西寨铁路隧道稳定性的影响,评价衬砌结构的安全性,选取最不利工况,按1∶1建立三维有限元计算模型,分析了渣土荷载作用下西寨隧道衬砌结构的应力和变形。分析结果表明,衬砌结构沿纵向呈受弯状态,顶部受压、底部受拉,最大压应力2.05 MPa,位于拱顶,整体拉应力小于1 MPa,拱顶沉降量最大为5.29 mm,洞门向外最大倾斜量小于1 mm,衬砌结构拉压强度和稳定性满足要求。
To analyze the influence of the muck load on the stability of the operational Xizhai Railway Tunnel and evaluate the safety of the lining structure,this paper established the three⁃dimensional finite element calculation model of the most unfavorable working condition at 1∶1 to analyze the stress and deformation of the lining structure of the Xizhai Tunnel under the muck load.The results showed that the lining structure was flexural along the longitudinal direction,with the top compressed and the bottom strained,and the maximum compressive stress was 2.05 MPa,which was at the arch crown.The overall tensile stress was less than 1 MPa,the maximum settlement of the arch crown was 5.29 mm,and the maximum outward inclination of the tunnel door was less than 1 mm.The tensile strength,compressive strength,and stability of the lining structure satisfied the requirements.
