摘要 随着高速公路建设的发展和路网的不断延伸,机电设备运维存在点多面广、维护成本居高不下等问题,传统运维、巡检方式已经难以满足机电设备日常运维和科学管养的需求。基于此,提出了一种高速公路智能运维监测管理系统技术方案,通过对外场机电设备进行数字化改造,实现对机电设备的供电、网络、硬件、环境等的实时监测、故障预警、故障定位、远程监控等功能,及时发现设备故障隐患,提高运维效率,降低运维成本。 With the development of the expressway construction and the continuous extension of the road network,there exist problems in the operation and maintenance of electromechanical equipment such as the large scale and high maintenance costs,so,the traditional operation,maintenance,and inspection cannot meet the requirements for daily operation and maintenance and scientific management of electromechanical equipment.On this basis,this paper put forward a technical scheme of the expressway intelligent operation and maintenance monitoring management system.Through the digital transformation of outer electromechanical equipment,it could realize functions such as real⁃time monitoring,early fault warning,fault location,and remote monitoring of the power supply,network,hardware,and environment of electromechanical equipment,and discover hidden dangers of equipment in time,improving the efficiency and reducing the cost of the operation and maintenance.
