山西省货物运输结构调整发展策略研究

摘要 加快推进货物运输结构调整是党中央做出的重要战略部署和推动决策,也是当前中国经济社会发展所面对的重要问题。山西省作为能源原材料大省,地处京津冀周边地区及汾渭平原污染防治攻坚的主战场,近年来坚决贯彻落实党中央、国务院决策部署,坚持目标牵引、协同推进、主动作为、精准施策,下大力气推进货物运输结构调整,已取得重要阶段性成效。研究山西道路货物运输结构,分析出山西省货物运输结构调整面临的困难,进而针对山西省在货物运输结构调整工作方面提出对应的战略和措施建议,推动山西形成平安稳定、经济快速、绿色低碳的货物运输结构,为山西高质量货物运输发展提供有效借鉴与保障。 Accelerating the adjustment of the cargo transportation structure is an important strategic deployment and decision made by the CPC Central Committee and an important issue of China's current economic and social development.As a major province of raw materials of energy,Shanxi Province is near the Beijing⁃Tianjin⁃Hebei region and in Fen⁃Wei Plain,which is the main battlefield of pollution prevention and control.In recent years,Shanxi Province has resolutely implemented the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council,adhered to the target traction and coordinated promotion,taken the initiative,and precisely made policies.Shanxi Province has made great efforts to promote the adjustment of the cargo transportation structure and achieved important phased results.Based in Shanxi Province,this paper studied the road cargo transportation structure and analyzed the difficulties faced by adjusting the cargo transportation structure,and then proposed corresponding strategies,measures,and suggestions for the adjustment,to promote the formation of a safe and stable,economic and rapid,and green and low⁃carbon cargo transportation structure,hoping to provide an effective reference and guarantee for the development of high⁃quality cargo transportation in Shanxi Province.
