基于装配式混凝土防撞墙宽度对其防撞性能影响的研究

摘要 近年来,我国交通运输业发展迅速,对城市高速交通的需求日益增加,但对高速交通安全防护部件的研究却很少。基于此,迫切需要研究高等级装配式混凝土防撞墙的宽度与其防撞性能之间的关系,从而确定高等级装配型防撞墙的临界宽度,以提高公路的安全系数。为此,使用LS-DYNA和Hypermesh软件建立了5个不同宽度混凝土防撞墙的有限元模型,并使用30 t大型卡车模型模拟碰撞,评价了不同宽度防撞墙的力学性能。研究结果表明:在防撞墙高度不变且宽度变化未使防撞墙底部连接件失效的情况下,防撞墙的宽度与车辆通过的程度、车辆体积重心位置的加速度以及车辆的出口角度无明显相关性。当宽度变化达到临界值时,防撞墙的阻挡能力和引导能力将显著降低。该结果为同类装配式防撞墙的防撞性能分析提供了参考。 China's transportation industry has rapidly developed in recent years,and the demand for high-speed transportation has been increasing.However,the study on the safety protection component is rare.Therefore,it is urgent to study the relationship between the width of the high-grade fabricated concrete anti-collision wall and its anti-collision performance to determine the critical width and improve highway safety.This paper used LS-DYNA and Hypermesh to establish the finite element models of the concrete anti-collision wall with five different widths and simulate the collision using the model of a large truck of 30 t.The mechanical properties of the concrete anti-collision wall of different widths were evaluated.The results showed that when the height of the anti-collision wall was unchanged and the width change did not cause the failure of the anti-collision wall bottom connector,the width of the anti-collision wall had no significant correlation with the degree of the passing vehicle,the acceleration of the center of gravity of the vehicle volume,and the exit angle of the vehicle.At the critical width,the blocking performance and guiding performance of the anti-collision wall were significantly decreased.The results provided a reference for analyzing the anti-collision performance of similar fabricated anti-collision walls.
